About Caroline
In 1999, I became a certified coach through a training institute accredited by the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO). Several years later, I completed a professional training in psychotherapy and worked in my own practice for many years.

In 2010, an inner calling led me beyond professional training into a profound journey of self-discovery and inner liberation. From 2011 onward, a deep process of transformation unfolded, gradually shifting my life from living through the mind to living from the heart, where love and wisdom naturally arise.

This transformation did not take place apart from ordinary life. It unfolded through life's joys and challenges, including the loss of one of our children in 2016. While her death brought immense grief, it also revealed the depth of the inner peace that had quietly matured over the years. In the midst of sorrow, I discovered an unexpected acceptance of her death and a natural capacity to support the people around me.

Since then, surrender to life as it is has continued to deepen. Increasingly, I discover that everything life brings, including pain and loss, can become a doorway to greater awareness, compassion, and freedom. Rather than seeing life as something to control, I have come to trust its deeper intelligence.

The greatest discovery of this journey has been that peace, love, and fulfillment are not something we need to acquire. As awareness deepens and identification with the mind falls away, our true nature gradually reveals itself.

I feel deep gratitude for everyone who has guided me on my path, especially Naropa, and for life itself.

Today, I accompany others who feel called to explore the same inner journey. Through awareness coaching, I offer a space in which people can discover greater clarity and a deeper connection with their authentic nature.
